Launch Par-tay!!! (West Coast flavor)
I've been fretting for weeks, but the launch party came off without a hitch. Truth be told, I had a blast! The readers were excellent, we had a good turnout, and, best of all, we sold some books! I even had a friend attend, whom I hadn't seen in almost 20 years. A fantastic evening!
The event was also unusual in that I learned my husband could read stories aloud for living. He read Todd Wheeler's story, "Less than Perfect," and Bob was more than perfect. Thanks, dear. :-)
